Like the Chimmi Torta? Yes, the recipe really is this simple!

Chimmi Torta
2 Tablespoons of Taste of Gourmet Chimmi Sauce
2 - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
Tomato chopped for garnish

Unwrap very cold cream cheese and slice horizontally, making 4 rectangular slices of cream cheese. Spread one Tablespoon of Chimmi Sauce over each layer, stacking the layers like a cake on a dish. Wrap and refrigerate Chimmi Torta until ready to serve. (keeps well for a week.) Garnish with chopped tomatoes on the serving plate and serve with crackers.
